Animated book covers can come in up to three formats. An MP4 video file can be added to a book trailer, teaser, or social media video. Animated GIFs (shown here) can draw more attention to the book on an online ordering or catalog page. Some covers can also be rendered as lightweight “Lottie” (JSON) files for website-only use.
