Book Trailer Examples

IntuIdeas has a long history with the publishing industry, so it is only natural that we apply our expertise in the making of promotional book trailers.

Here are a few examples.

While many of our trailers are for nonfiction books, we were asked to do one for a short novel. We used publisher-supplied artwork and in-house voiceover narration to create this short video promo.

Not every book trailer needs to be long or have voiceover narration. Here’s a 40-second example that uses animation and music alone.

Andrew Temte’s book, The Balanced Business, is a blueprint for leaders to install a management operating system that promotes clarity and smooth workflows for all team members. We created two versions of this trailer, this one and a shorter, 30-second version for social media.

Dr. Linda Katehi’s memoir, Higher Ground, highlights her deeply moving journey—from her origins in Greece through her trials and challenges in academia—and her dawning realizations of comfort and hope for all women.

The social and political dangers amplified by Big Tech are clearly addressed in Bill Raduchel’s book, The New Technology State. In the trailer we posed some serious questions that the book answers.

Voiceover artist and mystery writer Mark J. McCracken’s latest potboiler, The Maltese Falcon Murders, is a truly fun read. We enjoyed creating a noir-style book trailer to match the mood.

One of our early book trailers was a promotion for Paul Heys’s breakthrough book, Spending Your Way to Wealth(s), now owned by the Investorship Financial Education Foundation.
