Every job is different. Every messaging idea has its own creative challenges. That makes it hard to predict when it comes to cost. But we hope these video pricing examples will give you a good idea.

At IntuIdeas, we go out of our way to create original video and written content that suits your messaging needs while still meeting your budget requirements.

We strive to avoid two common extremes. One is “canned” video from a template-based (or AI) system that seems cheap but makes your videos look like everyone else’s. The other extreme is overly cinematic video – content that most of us can’t afford.

Collaborating with you is a key element of our process. During our initial interview, our goal is to fully understand your messaging vision and your overall marketing plan. Every project is a custom contract, and an ongoing contract entitles you to substantial discounts.

Video Pricing Examples:

Simple Remote Recording

Using only your equipment and lighting, we remotely record you (or any subject) anywhere in North America. We choose the best of several “takes” and send you a lightly edited file, with a separate transcript file (unedited) for SEO purposes.

Ongoing Video Recording

We do a one-time, paid consultation on the right equipment (purchased separately) and setup of the recording space. Once the space is finalized, we briefly edit your script for the teleprompter (optional), record the subject, select and lightly edit the best take, add brand elements (logo, titles), and send you the video and transcript files.

Basic Video Marketing Package

For a book or product launch, or for any campaign focused on raising awareness, we offer a two-video package. This includes a 90-second main video plus a 30-second cut of the same content for social media. Services include collaborative, SEO-friendly script writing or editing, professional voiceover, basic motion graphics, licensed stock footage and music, and editing. We advise on platform usage and CTA interactivity and deliver the final videos and transcript files.

Marketing Video “5-Pack”

For small businesses and startups (or their agencies or marketing partners), five finished minutes of quality video can go a long way. This can be one 5-minute video, five 1-minute videos (using the same design), or anything in between. The package includes script writing/editing, remote recording, voiceover, animation, licensed content, and editing. Basic CTA interactivity guidance is included. Videos may be edited and formatted to meet social media requirements.

Launch Campaign Content

Keeping a marketing campaign “fueled” with enough content can be a challenge. This package includes:

  • Sales funnel-optimized (and SEO-optimized) videos, including a 2-minute brand video, two 5-minute explainer videos, and one 5-minute testimonial video. (Video lengths are approximate.)

  • Social media videos, including three 30-second videos and three 15-second videos, optimized for smartphone viewing.

  • Written content, optimized to your SEO strategy, including three blogs (up to 500 words each), one high-level article (800-1,500 words), new website content, and editing or upgrading existing web content.

Three-Month Campaign Content

Most marketing campaigns can last months, but the ongoing cost doesn’t have to crush your budget. Once we have agreed on a set style for your ongoing campaign, we can produce your content for less. For a three-month campaign, this  includes multiples of the video and written deliverables listed above – at a significant cost savings.
