How do you maintain quality with freelancers?

We are not a freelance “marketplace” like Indeed or Upwork. We do not simply pass on work to a list of contractors. Instead, we focus on vetted talent, editorial oversight, and team collaboration. A big part of or value includes coaching, standards, and work reviews.

Can IntuIdeas take on any size job?

Pricing is usually based on scope, format, complexity, turnaround time, and whether the work is project-based, recurring, or white-label. That said, our pricing is very competitive. We produce content at a lower cost than in-house marketing teams or a small boutique marketing agency.

Do you offer retainer agreements?

Yes. Monthly retainer agreements provide predictable costs and ongoing support. You pay a fixed fee each month in exchange for a defined scope of services. The advantage is consistency—we become a true partner who understands your business deeply because they’re working on it continuously.We also prioritize our work schedule for clients with retainers. Retainers are always based on a negotiated contract.

Do you offer package pricing?

What affects the final cost of a project?

The final cost of a project is always affected by its scope, the number and type of deliverables, revisions, production complexity, timeline, and whether source materials are being created from scratch or repurposed from existing content.
