We do not use generative AI platforms to create content. However, we DO optimize our written and video content to be highly visible to both search engines and AI-enabled “answer engines.”

Written Content

Concise, engaging, and well-crafted writing is at the heart of any serious marketing or promotional campaign. Our project teams can create high-quality written contentof every type and length:

All of our written messaging is optimized for conventional search engines (SEO)and AI-based answer engines (AEO) so that it can be more readily found by your prospects. Our teams do not use AI to auto-generate copy, but we do optimize our written copy for AI visibility.

The final in-house review and editing to make messaging digital search ready and channel ready to publish.

You receive polished content ready to publish. We offer two revision cycles on our content work so that we can get your messaging right.

What Does IntuIdeas Charge?

Every business and every campaign is different. We negotiate each contract based on your business needs, budget and our ability to affordably meet your goals. In general, our custom contracts fall into three types:

  • A one-time project contract to deliver a specified set of written and/or video deliverables,
  • A recurring project contract(or series of contracts) to deliver periodic content for a discounted price, or
  • A monthly retainer to deliver sequenced, strategic content for an ongoing campaign, also at a discounted price.

In terms of cost, IntuIdeas’ coordinated teams approach puts us slightly above that of a solo freelance creator, but well below having an in-house marketing team, using a boutique agency, or a large national agency.Here are the pros and cons:

  • Solo creator: A single freelancer is strong on cost-efficiency and often solid on quality, but usually weaker on deep strategy and long-term consistency.Everything depends on one person—who is focused on a particular skill set but likely not on the analytics needed to focus a new round of content.
  • IntuIdeas: Our teams are designed to sit between the solo creator and a boutique agency. We offer more capacity and structure than a single creator. We are multidisciplinary and SEO-viable, but leaner and more focused than a traditional agency.
  • In-house marketing team: Without a doubt, having your own content team is often powerful and effective—at a tremendous cost.By some estimates, an in-house team can cost over $200,000 a year, including benefits, meaning over tens of thousands per month. They will create content that is consistent and digital ready but too often at an unsustainable cost.

IntuIdeas Content Packages

There are many, many different types and combinations of written and video marketing content, which makes a detailed price list almost impossible. The next best thing is to describe three of our typical contract packages, together with examples and a price range. Obviously, each package is customized.

Targeted Content Package

This is a single package of original, written and video content designed for a specific moment in a marketing or promotional campaign—such as a book launch or a major product announcement or explainer. The package usually consistsof a magazine-style article (or longer blog), combined with a three-or four-minute companion video, plus shorter text excerpts and video clips for social media posts.

Our managed freelance team approach is designed to provide a lower cost package than other content providers. Each video element is formatted for multiple displays. All text and video elements are optimized for search-and answer-engine platforms.

After creating an overall strategic brief, we would provide the following:

  • A 1,000 to 1,200-word original article, including AEO structure and FAQs
  • A three-minute original explainer video, including an AEO-enabled script, professional voiceover, music, simple motion graphics and transitions, captions text file and other AEO metadata, formatted for three platforms
  • Four social media posts derived from the article
  • Three short (30-90 second) social media videos derived from the explainer video
  • Three in-scope revision cycles

Repurposed Content Package

Making good use of existing content can save on marketing costs. It also helps maintain brand and message continuity. This package makes use of preexisting content from any source. We take clips from existing video footage (keynotes, podcasts, demos, presentations, you name it) as well as text and graphics from whitepapers, past articles, or other written material. We update brand-specific content, fill in any gaps, and incorporate the results into AEO-enabled written and video content.

As with original content, we format video for multiple screens and optimize all repurposed content for search-and answer-engine platforms.

Assuming the client has two podcast or keynote recordings (of fair quality) and a related article or long blog, we would develop a strategic brief and provide the following:

  • An edited version of the article, updating any brand-or subject-related text, restructuring it to AEO norms, and adding relevant FAQs
  • Enhancing the source videos’ quality, eliminating or reducing video and audio defects, if any
  • Six short social media-compatible videos, no longer than two minutes each, using clips from the source videos, each one including simple motion graphics and transitions, captions text file and other AEO metadata, formatted for three platforms
  • Six social media posts derived from the edited version of the article
  • Three in-scope revision cycles

Ongoing Campaign Content Package

To drive sustained engagement with your prospects and existing customers, it is vital to keep the messaging fresh and relevant. But to do so takes time and money. Our campaign content packages are designed to save you on both counts. Whether done via a series of contracts or on a retainer basis, they will provide the findable content you need at an affordable price.

The following example would be for a four-month campaign, allowing for tracking of significant results—particularly conversions and sales. Note that the deliverables are the same as the targeted content package (above) but at a discounted cost per month.

After developing a strategic brief with the client, we would provide the following over a span of four months:

  • A monthly article or longer blog, approximately 1,000 to 1,200 words, including AEO-compatible structure and related FAQs.
  • A monthly three-minute original explainer video, including AEO-enabled scripts, professional voiceovers, music, simple motion graphics and transitions, captions text file and other AEO metadata, formatted for three platforms
  • Four social media posts per month, each derived from that month’s article
  • Three short (30-90 second) social media videos per month, each derived from that month’s explainer video
  • Three in-scope revision cycles

Some of the cost savings will be from using existing content, where appropriate, and from increasing familiarity with the client’s brand and messaging style. Ongoing campaign clients will be given high priority status.
